You order, we dispatch. You open, you decide.

If it’s not “the one” – return it unused within 7 days. Labels on, box pristine. The product should in proper packaging. Once we received back the product after confirming the condition and policy Exchange or full refund, your choice. Exceptions: Sale/discounted items are size-exchange only.

 

“Unused Product”

We trust you to return an unused product, and you trust us to honour the refund. No interrogation. Any reason is a good reason. Should the item arrive used, with missing tags or strong odour, we will unfortunately return it to you with a standard delivery charges. For pristine unused returns, you never bear that burden.
